An adult case of Fanconi's syndrome as$ociated with rnembranous nephropathy is described. Renal biopsy specimens revealed typical features of rnembranous nephropathy associated with seyere tubulointerstitial changes in light microscopy, electron microscopy and irnrnunofluorescent microscopy.
